Special Orders
Nextmod Vancouver (Nextmod Auto Solutions LTD.) is dedicated to sourcing high-performance automotive parts from around the world. Some of these parts are custom-made, produced in limited quantities, or not readily available in North America.
Please note that Special Orders are non-refundable once the order has been placed and paid for. We will provide our best estimates for shipping costs and delivery times based on industry knowledge and information from our suppliers and shipping partners. However, Nextmod Vancouver (Nextmod Auto Solutions LTD.) does not have control over production times, shipping delays, or other factors that may affect the timing of delivery.
Cancellations and Returns
Orders may be canceled prior to shipping with a 5% cancellation fee. Once an order has shipped, you must contact a customer service representative at Nextmod Vancouver (Nextmod Auto Solutions LTD.) to begin the return process.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover costs associated with administrative processing, handling, and restocking. The returned items must be in brand new condition with all original packaging and components. Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
All returns must be processed within 72 hours of receiving or picking up the product.
Please note, cancellation and return policies do not apply to special orders. A special order is any custom-made, non-stock, or pre-ordered item specifically requested by the customer. These items will be clearly communicated to the customer at the time of ordering and noted on the invoice.
